1- Identify a measure and decide on a goal based on it, for example BMI, body fat or weight.

2- Identify and implement daily ways to eat less and exercise more.

3- Plan when you eat and what you eat: 
Breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper.

4- Determine how much you should eat:
Portion control and plate size.

5- Determine ways to include your favorite treats.
